This policy applies to the merchant admin app of In Anh Hoang Gia("we", "us") used by shop owners, agents, and team members operating print orders. The account you create is a business account, not a consumer account. Website: https://inanhhoanggia.vn.

1. Information We Collect

Merchant account data: full name, phone number, email, hashed password, avatar, shop name.
Seller verification: ID document photos and personal/business details that you voluntarily provide to verify your merchant status.
Team-member data: name, email, role of staff that you yourself add to your account.
Order data: end-customer shipping address, products, and photos uploaded for printing (provided by you or your customer). End-customer data is entered into the system by you in your capacity as a merchant.
Financial data: wallet balance, top-up and withdrawal history, bank transaction codes, refund bank account. We do not store full credit-card numbers.
Device & usage data: device type, OS, app version, IP address, access and crash logs.
Device permissions: camera and photo library (only when you actively pick a photo to print), push notifications (when you opt in).

2. How We Use Information

Operate the admin account, authenticate, and manage internal permissions.
Process print orders, coordinate the production line, ship to your end customers.
Run the wallet, reconcile top-ups/withdrawals, refunds, and transaction history.
Verify merchant status as required by business and applicable law.
Improve service quality, detect fraud and abuse.
Send order, wallet, and policy notifications and (with your consent) promotions.

3. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share only what is necessary with:

Print workshops and shipping partners to fulfil your orders.
Payment providers and banks for top-up, withdrawal, and reconciliation.
Cloud infrastructure providers (photo storage, email, push notifications, ZeroTier).
Our internal accounting team for bookkeeping, invoicing, and tax reporting.
Government authorities when legally required.

4. Storage & Security

Data is stored on servers located in Vietnam, encrypted in transit (TLS), and backed up regularly. Passwords are hashed with a strong algorithm. Photos uploaded for printing are used solely for fulfilling your order and are cleaned up 12 months after order completion unless you request earlier deletion. Financial transaction records, invoices, and accounting documents are retained for at least 10 years as required by Vietnam's Accounting Law and Tax Law.

5. Your Rights (as the account holder)

Access, correct, and export your own personal data in the Profile screen.
Request account closure by email. Because this is a business account tied to orders, wallet balances, receivables, and team members, account closure is handled manually after reconciliation; you cannot self-delete all data from inside the app.
Withdraw consent to marketing notifications at any time.

6. Your Responsibility Toward End-Customer Data

For end-customer information that you input into the system to create orders (name, phone, address, photos), you act as the data controller. You are responsible for notifying and obtaining valid consent from your customers before pushing their data onto the platform.

7. Intended Users

The app is intended for individuals, household businesses, and companies with full legal capacity (18 years of age or older). It is not directed to children.

8. Changes to This Policy

When we update this policy we will revise the "Last updated" date above and notify you in-app if the change affects your rights.
