Your Privacy Choices

This is the merchant admin app for shop owners and agents using In Anh Hoang Gia's print service. Your account is a business account tied to a wallet, orders, and team members, so some of the choices below are handled by our support team rather than executed self-service in the app. See Privacy Policy for what we collect.

1. No Sale or Sharing for Advertising

We do not sell your personal data to third parties and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. No action is required from you to keep this preference.

2. Access and Copy of Your Data

You may request a copy of the personal data we hold (account holder profile, verification records, wallet history, order history) by emailing hello@weddingprint.vn.

3. Correct Your Information

You can update your name, phone, address, and avatar in the Profile screen. Change your password in Change password. For seller-verification documents or business details, please contact support.

4. Close Your Business Account

Because this is a business account, the app does not include a self-service "delete account" button. To close your account, email hello@weddingprint.vn from your registered address with:

• Full name of the account holder, phone number, and shop ID.
• Reason and desired effective date.

The closure flow is: (1) verify the account holder, (2) complete in-flight orders, (3) reconcile wallet balance and receivables, (4) revoke team-member access, (5) disable login and anonymize personal data. The full process takes up to 30 days after reconciliation is finished. Financial records, invoices, and accounting documents are retained for at least 10 years as required by Vietnam's Accounting Law and Tax Law.

5. Manage Team-Member Data

As the account holder you can add or remove team members in the Team screen. Removing a member hides their personal data from your account; action logs are retained for audit purposes.

6. Turn Off Notifications & Marketing Emails

• Disable push notifications in your OS settings or in Profile > Notification settings.
• Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link at the bottom of each message.
• Order, wallet, and security notifications are operational and cannot be disabled while the account is active.

7. Revoke Device Permissions

You can revoke camera, photo-library, or notification permissions at any time in your OS settings. Without the corresponding permission, actions such as uploading photos to print or receiving order notifications will not work.

8. Submit a Request

To exercise any of the rights above, email hello@weddingprint.vn with subject "Privacy Request", including the account holder's full name, phone number, and shop ID. We verify the account holder's identity before processing.
